Banana Balls

Ingredients:

Ripe bananas - 2

All-purpose flour - 1 cup

Grated coconut / Desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

Sugar - 1/3 cup

Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

Oil for deep-frying
Procedure:

Powder the sugar.

Add Bananas and blend well
-
Transfer the Banana - sugar mix into a bowl. Add rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl. mix well to a semi-thick dough.

Fry the dumplings in hot oil till its golden brown. Heat should be kept medium for the Dumplings to be cooked through.
