Banana Balls

Ingredients:

  • Ripe bananas - 2

  • All-purpose flour - 1 cup

  • Grated coconut / Desiccated coconut - 2 tbsp

  • Ghee - 1 tbsp

  • Baking soda - 1/4 tsp

  • Sugar - 1/3 cup

  • Cardamom powder - 1 tsp

  • Oil for deep-frying

 

Procedure:

  • Powder the sugar.

  • Add Bananas and blend well

  • Transfer the Banana - sugar mix into a bowl. Add rest of the ingredients to the mixing bowl. mix well to a semi-thick dough.

  • Fry the dumplings in hot oil till its golden brown. Heat should be kept medium for the Dumplings to be cooked through.
